About 30 of our Middle School students turned out this morning, the 4th day of Chol HaMoed for breakfast and learning in the Bnei Yeshurun Succah. Following minyan, our students were treated to a scrumptious breakfast of bagels, french toast, and donuts (and of course chocolate milk and orange juice to wash it down). The students then broke up into small groups and spend some time learning about how we perform the mitzva of sitting in the succah on Shmini Atzeret and the various reasons why we do not make a bracha.
Many thanks to Rabbis Knapp, Schreiber, Ross, and Schaum and to alum Jessica Gross for coming out to learn with our students.
