Wow!! Turbines, recycling paper, solar energy, organic dry cleaning, and organ donation were just a few of the fantastic projects presented by the 6th and 8th graders at this year's Science Fair. The theme of the fair this year was conservation, and our students diligently researched their various topics within this theme.
As always, our 7th grader were asked to become inventors, and their many new products included products for the disabled, helpful kitchen utensils, and pet aids.
The students also had a chance to share their projects with the lower school. Groups of students came to the gym where they learned about all aspects of science from our informative Junior Scientists and the creative and visually stunning displays that they created. Additionally, 8th
grader Jacob Furer created a powerpoint presentation with “did you know?” facts about the environment that ran throughout the fair .
