After being greeted at the doorway by the Early Childhood singing Mazal Tov, Rabbi and Mrs. Srolovitz walked into a cafeteria that virtually exploded with joy upon their entry, as the students rushed forward to dance with the Chatan and Kallah. After a delicious lunch prepared by Terry Infield and her crew, our students offered tribute after tribute to the newlyweds - in song, in video, and in words of Torah. After Birchat Hamazon and Sheva Brachot, we ended the festivities with exceedingly enthusiastic singing and dancing in the gym, which might still be continuing if not for the early onset of Shabbat.
On behalf of the entire Yavneh community, we would like to wish a huge Mazal Tov to Rabbi Srolovitz and Shifra, and wish them only continued happiness as they begin their life together.
